Tonight we’re on the verge of making history – Ari Folman’s Waltz with Bashir is nominated for Best Foreign Film in the 2009 Academy Awards (aka Oscars). If you haven’t seen the movie yet, free yourself 90min (the film running time is 86min) to see a powerful movie about war and peace, with strong messages about the ‘situation’. I’ll be watching the Red Carpet of course, but will hear if Ari made history tomorrow morning. Keeping my fingers crossed!

According to this ‘leaked list’ (which is probably fake anyway), “Waltz with Bashir” won’t win.
